Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Iron Ladder collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app, website, admin portals, social features, subscriptions, and AI tools.

Information We Collect

We collect account details such as email, username, display name, profile photo, referral information, verification requests, and password reset data. We also collect fitness and app data you choose to provide, including workouts, PRs, bodyweight, progress photos, fasting, water, creatine, nutrition entries, classes, posts, comments, likes, follows, notifications, and device tokens.

Photos, Videos, And AI

Photos and videos you upload may be stored so the app can display posts, profile images, verification badges, progress photos, and body-analysis references. If you use AI features or if content is archived for moderation, uploaded media and related text may be processed to generate nutrition estimates, workout guidance, body analysis, or searchable moderation descriptions.

HealthKit

If you allow HealthKit access, Iron Ladder uses authorized data to import workouts and update fitness stats. You can manage HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the app, authenticate users, show leaderboards, run social features, send notifications and emails, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, investigate safety issues, and improve features.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help run Iron Ladder, such as hosting, database, storage, email, payments, AI processing, analytics, and notification providers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the public, or the service.

Deleted Content And Moderation

Deleted posts may be preserved in a restricted moderation archive, including captions, media links, metadata, and AI-generated image descriptions. This helps investigate illegal, abusive, or inappropriate content and protect the community.

Your Choices

You can update profile information in the app, adjust notification settings, revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings, delete some entries, and request account or data assistance through support.

Security And Retention

We use reasonable safeguards for the size and nature of the service. We keep information as long as needed to provide Iron Ladder, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain safety records.

Privacy questions or data requests can be sent through the contact form or to the support email listed in the app or website.
