If you use AI features or if content is archived for moderation, uploaded media and related text may be processed to generate nutrition estimates, workout guidance, body analysis, or searchable moderation descriptions.

HealthKit

If you allow HealthKit access, Iron Ladder uses authorized data to import workouts and update fitness stats. You can manage HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings.
