Iron Ladder Verified Account Program Terms

These Verified Account Program Terms apply when you apply for or hold an Iron Ladder verification badge. They supplement the Iron Ladder Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Meaning Of Verification

Verification means Iron Ladder reviewed the account against the eligibility requirements for the assigned category. Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, verification does not create or indicate sponsorship by Iron Ladder, employment, independent-contractor status, partnership, agency, representation, endorsement, compensation, affiliate status, Iron Ladder Gold, free products or services, promotion, exposure, revenue, discounts, or any other commercial relationship or benefit.

Sponsored Athlete Category

The Sponsored Athlete category means Iron Ladder reviewed evidence that an athlete is sponsored by a third-party company or organization. It does not mean Iron Ladder sponsors, pays, endorses, or represents that athlete.

Accurate Information And Account Use

You must submit accurate, current information, be authorized to represent any organization named in the application, and promptly notify Iron Ladder if information material to eligibility changes. You may not sell, transfer, share, imitate, or misuse a verification badge, or use it to make misleading claims about Iron Ladder or another organization.

Review, Evidence, And Privacy

Iron Ladder may request only the evidence reasonably needed to review or maintain verification. Evidence is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, is restricted to authorized reviewers, and may be expired or deleted when no longer reasonably necessary while Iron Ladder retains an audit record of the review and decision.

Suspension, Revocation, And Category Changes

Iron Ladder may suspend verification while eligibility, misuse, misrepresentation, impersonation, credentials, or policy compliance is reviewed. Iron Ladder may revoke, expire, reinstate, or change a category when appropriate. These actions affect the badge, not any separate agreement or commercial relationship. Verification records and decision history may be retained for legitimate recordkeeping, safety, dispute, and compliance purposes.

Updated Terms

Iron Ladder may publish an updated version of these Terms. If acceptance is required, the badge may become inactive until you review and affirmatively accept the current version. Previous acceptance history is retained.
