Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Iron Ladder, including the mobile app, website, leaderboards, social feed, classes, AI tools, and related services. By using Iron Ladder, you agree to these Terms.

Fitness And Health Disclaimer

Iron Ladder is a fitness tracking and community app. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified health professional. You are responsible for training safely, choosing appropriate weights, and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe symptoms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use the app only for lawful purposes. You may not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or use automation to abuse the service.

Community Content

You own the content you post, but you grant Iron Ladder a license to host, display, process, and moderate it so the service works. Do not post illegal content, threats, harassment, hate content, sexual exploitation, private information, copyrighted material you do not have rights to use, or anything that endangers others.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve records, or report content to authorities when needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or platform integrity.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Apple or the payment provider shown at purchase. Canceling access does not automatically delete your account or content.

AI Features

AI-generated nutrition, workout, body analysis, and moderation outputs are estimates. They may be incomplete or wrong. Review results before relying on them, especially for nutrition, training load, and body-composition decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users, or misuse the service. You may stop using Iron Ladder at any time.
